Return & Refund Policy — Basu Ji
Due to the perishable nature of food products, items once delivered are not eligible for return.
Returns will only be considered in the following cases:
Wrong product delivered.
Product received in damaged condition.
Customers must report such issues within 24 hours of delivery.
For any complaint we would require unboxing video/photo proof which is mandatory.
Without valid proof, claims may not be accepted.
After verification, Basu Ji may:
Provide a replacement, OR
Issue a partial/full refund, depending on the case.
Refund decision will be final and at the discretion of Basu Ji.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy — Basu Ji
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation will not be allowed.
If cancellation is approved within the allowed timeframe:
Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Basu Ji reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
Product unavailability.
Payment issues.
Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
